Coastal Community Development Program: Ballast Water Management

Objectives:The long term goal of this project is to develop a regional ballast water management plan that is consistent with national and international efforts (e.g. NISA 1996 and the U.S. Coast Guard requirements and the International Maritime Organizations’ voluntary guidelines).
