Channel Sharing for Underwater Acoustic Networks

This thesis proposes two channel sharing protocols for cellular and ad-hoc
underwater networks. The protocols exploit the long delays and absorption in the
underwater channel to increase the throughput over the one achieved by existing
radio-environment protocols.
