A laptop will be available for oral presenters. It is recommended that you use the laptop provided to ensure speedy transitions between speakers. In order to ensure smooth transitions, you must either email your presentation to Judith Pederson in advance of the conference or have your memory stick, CD-Rom presented to the Audio Visual technician the morning of your talk. Audio Visual technicians will be on hand at the conference throughout the sessions. There will be a microphone for the Q and A sessions. If any other equipment is needed, please email llenker@mit.edu as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements.
Speakers should ensure that all slides are legible and can be read even from the back of the auditorium. Please try to avoid type fonts that look like handwriting as these are extremely hard to read when projected. Overly detailed tables and complex graphs are not recommended.
There will be a laptop and room to review your talk before your presentation.
